Monday 4th March 2019 Ticketing System Support ticketing offline

Our support ticketing system is currently offline, due to a failure in our management cloud cluster during an upgrade. This failure also caused our main website to be down for a while. The main website is up and running again, but ticketing is currently still disabled while we resolve the issue with the cluster.

This outage does not affect the operation of our seedboxes service. All seedboxes were and still are online during this outage.
