Netherlands Seedbox Servers Issue with upstream carrier - Level3

Unfortunately the issue with Level3 that we had a few days ago seems not to be resolved completely. It appears to be an issue with the Level3's routers, so we had completely taken our Level3 ports offline, and rerouted through alternative carriers. Level3's technical department will commence diagnostics on our service ports, to determine where exactly the problem lies.
