Netherlands Seedbox Servers Core switches upgraded and operational

We have concluded with the upgrades on our switches, and the stack seems to be running smoothly after the upgrade.

We will continue to monitor the situation all weekend, to make sure that the cause of yesterday's outage is non existent anymore.

Netherlands Seedbox Servers Network outage update

We believe that we have identified the issue at hand, to a bug in the switch firmware.

We will be performing updates to all our switches to update to the latest stable version, which should resolve the issue in the future.

There might be brief network interruptions during the update process, although if everything goes as planned, there will be zero downtime

Thank you for your patience in this, we will update you once all the switches are upgraded.

Netherlands Seedbox Servers Network outage reoccured

Unfortunately few moments ago, the switching stack went back offline for 10 minutes. Although it was running stable for many hours, the issue seems not to be completely resolved. The service is back to normal, however we need to continue investigating on the cause. We will let you know with further updates.

Netherlands Seedbox Servers Major network outage temporarily resolved - Update

We believe that we have identified the issue being a faulty switch which somehow caused our network stack to crash along with it.

We have powered off the faulty switch which we will remove from the stack in order to run additional diagnostics.

Due to the redundant nature of our setup the network seems to be stable for the past hour with the remaining switches and all services should be restored for now

We will continue to monitor the situation closely for the time being until the faulty switch is repaired and reinserted into our stack

Netherlands Seedbox Servers Network Issue, major impact to Rotterdam servers

There seems to be an issue with our network switch stack in our datacenter, which has a major impact on the main network of our seedbox servers.

The network comes online and then 10 minutes later 2 of our main switches crash at the same time.

We suspect a hardware issue on one of the switches, which causes the second switch (which otherwise should continue to operate normally) to crash as well.

Our engineers are already trying to identify the issue, we will let you know once it is resolved
