The Level3 technicians, identified the cause of the issue, to a faulty SFP module on the path to our link with them. They have corrected the issue.
Initial tests, do not show any further issues or packet loss.
We have reverted traffic back to Level3, and we will keep monitoring the situation to make sure that everything is back to normal.
