We have identified a network issue with one of our upstream carriers (Level3). It seems that for some routes, Level3 appears to be performing very bad, causing slow download speed for users. We have opened a support ticket with Level3 and we are waiting for resolution of the problem. It seems that the clients most affected are in the US, especially Comcast and Verizon users. We have already rerouted towards these ISPs through alternative carriers which should resolve the issue for now.
Clients still having issues, should use the speedtest - reroute tool, in order to reroute automatically through the best available carrier.
