Our monitoring system detected a malfunction of disk17 on server FRANKENSTEIN.
In order to safeguard the data of our clients on that disk, we have initiated a replacement of that drive with a brand new one. We are currently copying the data from one disk to the other. The accounts on that disk will remain down for a couple of hours, in order to copy the data over to the new disk
UPDATE: The disk is replaced, and all accounts are back online without any data loss.
