The RAM module causing the issue was removed from the server, and the server is now back online. Everything seems to have returned back to normal and the server is operating within normal parameters. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this hardware failure
During the scheduled maintenance of server ELF (cpu swap) the server became inoperable (was not powering on at all) possibly due a technician error that resulted in damaging the motherboard. We immediately transfered the disks of the server to a spare server we have at hand for this kind of situations. However after booting the new server, it started rebooting every 10 minutes. We identified the issue possibly to a damaged RAM module that seems to produce errors. We have ordered the technicians to remove the faulty RAM module from the server, in order to try to boot the server again
